- We had given 6 neighbourhood areas :-

• Bayan Residences , Relau ,Penang
• Sunway Mutiara , Batu Maung , Penang
• Sunway Bukit Gambier , Penang
• Siara 81, Sg. Ara , Penang
• Setia Greens , Sg. Ara,Penang

-We have to submit this project at 28 October 2013

Neighbourhood Elements : Existing Condition

- should consist the Key Plan ( NTS - Not To Scale ) , the Location Plan and also the Layout Plan of the neighbourhood area in scale (1 : 500 , 1 : 750 )

- The sun path , prevailing wind direction , the basic physical and environmental aspects
