Stewardship

- We need to sketch our own face ( self potrait ) with a pencil (black and white )

- We need to sketch their own face (self-portrait) with a pencil (black & white) The portrait should not be more than 100mm x 100mm size

As an architect / interior designer / urban & regional planner / building surveyor / building technologist / quantity surveyor / or construction manager, what can they contribute for the betterment of the built environment

- The descriptions should be hand-written (pen ink) using ‘uppercase architectural lettering’.

Personal Logo

Students need to create a ‘PERSONAL LOGO’ (as their ‘personal branding’) that best reflects their personality and strengths.
The logo design should contain a maximum of 3 colours.
Students also need to clarify the design of the logo by describing the rationales for design elements used (such as line, shape, form, colour etc).
The descriptions should be hand-written using ‘uppercase architectural lettering’(pen ink) and the logo design should not be more than 200mm x 200mm size.

finally done ...I have my own logo.. It very hard to me because I didn't know about the sketches and I'm lack of an idea about the logo..huhu..but It was really fun to sketch my own face haha..Now , I was realize that it was very difficult to sketch our own faces even though we always look at our face every minute...I'm very respect to artist that can sketch people's faces..they are very AMAZING and WOW..

NATURAL AND MAN- MADE STRUCTURES

-We are required to produce a BLACK and WHITE sketch of a natural structure that can be found at USM Main Campus

- The sketches should include the elements of light and shadow

PROJECT 3

OBJECT CREATION : A FREE - FORM SCULPTURE

- The theme of the sculpture is ' HARMONY '

- The maximum size of the sculpture is 250 mm ( width ), 300 mm ( length , 450 mm ( height )

- The project issued is 23 September 2013

- The submission date is 30 September 2013 ( Monday )

-This is the rapid project that I had did..I don't have enough to complete my sculpture but I'm trying best to do it..finally it became like the above pic..Actually I'm very sad with my work..never mind ..the past is past..for the next project I must do much better than this project..

STRUCTURAL MODEL OF FUNCTIONAL SPACE

- The scale for the model is 1 : 5
- 3 students must be in one group from same major
- We are required to produce a structural model of a WOODEN L- SHAPE seating object that combines a table and chairs
- The size of the L-shape seating should not be more than 2.8 m * 2.0 m * 1.2 m ( length * width * height ) dimension
- The theme of the seating object is 'UNITY '
- The submission date is 7 October 2013

PRESENTATIONS DRAWINGS

- Based on Project 3B ( object connection )

- We are required to produce a PLAN and ELEVATIONS (front , right , left and rear )

- The scale for the drawings is 1 :20

- The submission date is 18 October 2013 ( Friday )

PROJECT 6 :-DESIGN AND BUILD AN 'AMPHITHEATRE STAGE'..

Amphitheatre Stage Design

-We had been devide into 12 group,each group have 16 members from different major (Building Surveying , Architecture , B. Technology , Interior Designer , Quantity Surveying , C. Management and Planning )

-We have to submit this project on 9 Disember 2013
